Refund policy

Returns We want you to love your WrinkleGo steamer. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• It must be in the original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to start a return Email us at WrinkleGo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the cost.

Damaged or defective items If your WrinkleGo arrives damaged or isn't working properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery at WrinkleGo@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
